All our hospitality courses offered by Cesar Ritz Academy including Barista Skill Certificate Program are accredited by Cathsseta. The Barista Academy of Southern Africa is subsidiary training company of Cesar Ritz Hotelier Academy which offers result-oriented training programs National Certificates(NC) and Skills Programs (SP). We offer numerous Tourism and Hospitality training programs both onsite and offsite. The company specializes in training, development, coaching, consulting and recruitment. We do offer customised training programs to our clients.

Salman Khan

Salman Khan is a seasoned hospitality veteran and his training and coaching experience span over 27 years. He has worked in some of the most prestigious properties in the world including, Grosvenor House Hyde Park, Dorchester London, Le Gavroche, Hilton, Sheraton, Royal Palaces of Saudi Arabia.

Salman Khan is a coffee expert and National Barista, judge. He has written many books about hospitality and most recently he has written Barista professional course which is accredited by Cathsseta.

Khan is a regular columnist in SA Chef and has written a series of articles on the topic of "Chef Wellness: Does it matter? Salman Khan specialist in training, development, consulting problem shooting in the hospitality industry.

Salman Khan currently pursuing his PhD in Political Science and International relations and holds a degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh University, and Entrepreneurship Certificate from MIT and a Molecular gastronomy certificate from Harvard University.

The combination of knowledge and skill Khan and Thandiwe make a lethal combination for barista training academy of choice for individuals and company.

Thandiwe

Thandiwe is a Professional Barista trainer and champion in various categories. She is the coffee business for the last 12 years and is passionate about the high level of Barista professionalism.

Thandiwe is the Barista trainer in South Africa and takes great pride to educate, train and coaching baristas at all levels.

She has won many competitions and to name a few,
